Under this program, a person who has been convicted of drink driving offenses will apply to have his license disqualification or suspension revoked provided he allows a device to be attached to the ignition of his car. The device is a breath analyzer machine that locks the car ignition when the driver’s blood alcohol level goes beyond the limits prescribed by law.
